September 22, 2008 - In an emotionally filled weekend of racing at the 2nd Annual Fred Brownfield Memorial, Seth Hespe delivers results that everyone is sure had Fast Freddie smiling.

August 23, 2008 - On a night of red flags and rough track conditions, the team holds on for a descent 4th place finish.  The solid finish moves the #8x into 3rd place in the Grays Harbor Raceway point standings.

August 16, 2008 - In a historic first for Skagit Speedway, the Ford Focus Midgets roll onto the track for a race while Shon Valland guides his machine to a 2nd place finish in the Ford Focus Midget A Main feature race.

July 12, 2008 - Shon Valland returned to Grays Harbor Raceway on Saturday night guiding his machine to another top 10 finish in the Ford Focus Midget A Main feature race.

June 28, 2008 - Once again we have a good night turn bad.  After getting a 2nd place finish in the heat race 1 and a 3rd in the trophy dash, we ended upside down again and had to settle for a 9th place finish in the main event. 

June 14, 2008 - After having our second rain out of the season on June 7th we were itching to get back on the track.  This weeks results were much more favorable over the last race!  The car is starting to come in and we are getting the setup down.  Results - 3rd in heat race.  4th in the A main.

May 31, 2008 - The third scheduled race was rough to us.  While we had a good finish in the heat race, 2nd place, we suffered a spin in both the trophy dash and A main.  We recovered from the spin in the trophy dash, but unfortunately we were not so lucky in the A main.  As we spun in turn two, we were hit by another car which caused the car to flip and come to a rest upside down on the track.  Results - 2nd in heat.  3rd in trophy dash. 9th in A main.  Currently 6th in the Grays Harbor Raceway point standings.

May 10, 2008 - Mother nature was not on our side this week.  The races at Grays Harbor Raceway on Saturday evening were rained out.  The team looks forward to a little break before our next event on May 31st at Grays Harbor Raceway. 

April 26, 2008 - The season opener is in the books for Valland Motorsports.  After narrowly missing a major catastrophe in the heat race, we started the A Main in 9th and moved up to finish the event in 5th place.

April 12, 2008 - The weather was incredible for our opening play day session.  The WIRED Energy Drink Focus Midget did very well on the dry slick track,  We found a few small issues to work on this week before we go out for the second play day session on April 19th at Grays Harbor Raceway.
